Are you logged in as an administrator? Is this a multisite?

I have login details but I am thinking that this is only user rights and not admin rights..
How can I get Admin rights.

Are you an administrator of the site? If you look at your user profile, what is your role? Do you have access to the hosting (or phpmyadmin)?

Its Version 4.9.4
If I click on top right it gives me an option to edit my profile, if I open this it doesn’t indicate my role anywhere?
How do i contact WP support, or is there any?
As far as I can see there is no option to get to the Theme or Hosting?
This is WP support.
Can you add a new user if you go to “users” from the dashboard? If not, you’re not an admin.
Do you have access to your hosting? (This is not from within WordPress)

No there is no option to add users.
The site was created by someone else. Now my clients cant get hold of the web hosts. The only log in details they have are looking like normal users details, not for the web host.
How can they get full access to their own site?
Unless someone gives you admin access or you get access to the hosting side of things, you can’t make yourself an admin. How do they get access? They need to prove to the host that they’re the ones paying the bill.
