Hi. I’m using the Tripsters Theme by 7Theme, which is meant to be WooCommerce compatible. However, today I downloaded and activated the WooCommerce Stripe Gateway. I can see that it is activated on my Plugins page, but that’s it. There’s supposed to be a WooCommerce Menu on the Word Press Dashboard menu bar, but it’s not there. I also tried deactivating all other Plugins, but that didn’t work. What could be causing this? I am the admin and only user of the account.

I expected a few bumps along the way in getting Stripe working on my Website, but not on step 1! Thanks.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

There is no dedicated menu. It lives within woocommerce->settings->checkout sub menus.

Sorry, I don’t mean that menu, I mean the list of options to even get to settings. If you look at this screen shot from a tutorial:

You can see along the left side column the option for WooCommerce highlghted in blue. After I installed and activated it, WooCommerce did not appear in that column. It looks the same as before with no option to open WooCommerce. I can see it when I look at my Plugins page and it is activated, but that’s it. There seems to be no way to open it.

Then you must have some conflicts with other plugins that is affecting WooCommerce. This is not a Stripe issue.

Never mind, I figured it out. I thought the WooCommerce Stripe Gateway was the entire WooCommerce Plugin plus Stripe, but the regular WooCommerce Plugin must be installed first. I now have both and can see the options menu. Thanks.
