Country specific TAX Remove

    WooCommerce: 3.3.3
    WooCheckout: 4.1.7

    How can I disable “Remove Tax” option for a specific country(s)?

    I need to have a checkbox ie.: “I declare that I am taxable entity” witch when enabled, removes tax, but with exception of a shop home country (can be disabled or not taken in account).

    It’s a european law thing..
