Security issues?

    Are there any security issues with leaving certain scripts… accessible? The import-[livejournal/movabletype/…].php scripts for example. If so, any others?

    Nope, but feel free to delete them if you want.
    You can delete these too, but leaving them is also just fine:
    licence.txt
    readme.html
    upgrade.php
    install.php
    Your wp installation is secure with these there or not.
