Auto Suggest freezes

    Hello,

    Everytime a vendor selects a product from the auto-suggest bar, the page will get stuck on loading.

    Any ideas what could be causing this?

    Hello,

    Thank you for your reply. Yes, I am using wc market place, also using WCFM. I just tested adding products from the back-end and noticed no problem.

    Not using WPML

    It is also not a problem with the theme. I switched to twenty seventeen, and the problem still exists.

    thanks for confirming me this, it’s not from theme as well.

    I have tested this in our demo and no issues there – http://wcmp.wcfmdemos.com/my-account

    Demo is running on –
    1. WC Marketplace 3.0
    2. WCFM 3.5.9

    I think it’s possibly due to something else.

    Can you please check WC -> Status -> Log -> if there has any error listed or not?

    @wclovers, Can you do your utmost best to resolve the issue on these forums? Support here isn’t easy, but there is great reward for users as they will be able to find the solution in future.

    Thanks for the suggestion and we will definitely take care of this in future.

    But, many of our support requests connected to our premium add-on so we prefer to handle those from our own site, as that also against WP forum rule and have warning from some other moderator.

    Also, we can’t post messages directly with moderator’s approval, hope you know that as well.

    Frankly, it’s a kind of frustrating and sandwich situation for us 🙂

    Please suggest, what will be best approach for us for future.

    Yes, it is correct to forward customers onto your private support, but this user is using the free version of the plugin.

    Also, we can’t post messages directly with moderator’s approval, hope you know that as well.

    You broke a bunch of our rules in the past and we needed to watch your activity. The “bunch of rules” is important here, as the more rules you break the more we watch, but I’ll remove your account from the watchlist now.

    Yes, I am using the free version of the plugin.

    ok, so I increased the memory limit for WP. And now I’m only left with this error:

    – form this error it’s seems that something conflicting.
    “WC_Admin_Duplicate_Product” – it’s a WooCommerce core class and somehow it’s redefined by some other plugin as well.
    Definitely not WCFM, as this same thing works perfectly at our demos, I already show you.

    Well, tell me few things about your setup –

    1. Did you set same page for WCFM Dashboard and WCMp dashboard?
    2. Is their any other short code in WCFM dashboard?
    3. Do you have any other duplicator plugin as well?

    1. No, they each have their own page
    2. No, only the [wc_frontend_manager] shortcode
    3. No

    I deactivated all plugins, except woocommerce, wcfm and wcmp and switched back to twenty seventeen again, still same problem.
