Sorry for the long delay in getting back to you. I’ve not been getting notification of new entries in this forum, so I didn’t know there were queries waiting ….
StageShow uses direct calls to the plugin code implemented using AJAX, which bypass the WordPress code, and to improve the speed of the box-office code. This requires that the same “PHP Session Variables” are available both to WordPress and to the StageShow code that implements this feature. StageShow set a value in the Session Variables when running within WordPress and checks for the same value when executing an AJAX call. It is this check that is failing on your site.
It has happened once before, but I never found out how it was resolved (which apparently it was). If you still have the issue, please contact me here and I’ll see what I can do to help resolve the problem.
Just to add a “me as well” to this, I see that Patrick’s page is working, so can I ask how you resolved this?
I’m using Stageshow Plus 7.0 with WordPress 4.9.5. Running on nginx 1.8.1, php 7.0.27 and mysql 5.7.
