Is there a possibility to have fields on the booking form only available for the back office but not showing up in the front office. example qualification (good, poor), reason of rejection (list of values), price list to use (list of value), person responsible…

Hello.
You can insert into the front-end side only availability calendsr, instead of booking form with calendar.
And the new booking you will be able to make only in admin panel at the Booking > Add booking page.
