Square E-Gift Card

Square gift cards are not yet accepted by our Square extension: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-square/. Is has been added to our feature requests list though for possible inclusion in the future

So unless you find another plugin that offers this, I’m afraid you will need to hire a developer to have this built out for you if this is a must-have.
