    Good morning,
    I wanted to know the following information:
    Can you setup certain admin users to edit certain part of the wordpress website?

    Would wordpress be a good tool to use for a intranet?

    Personally, I think wordpress can be used for any type of site. An intranet site would benefit from wordpress. There is a way to do just about anything. I’m sure you could achieve custom roles for editing as you are saying. To some extent it can be done with the default installation. Otherwise, there are thousands of plugins available to achieve extra functionality.
