Adding an image to the homepage

    Hiya,

    On my wordpress the theme has featured ‘post’ images on the homepage. Which I quite like.
    However, I need to link to a ‘Page’ rather than a post.

    Are there any plugins that simply add images like this to a homepage or any other quick fixes? I don’t particularly want to edit the code, although I know adding a linked image to the homepage code may be the easiest option. I prefer using things like plugins that don’t interfere with the code for upgrades.

    What happens when you go to customizer; Homepage Settings: Your latest posts or static page.

    You can choose a static page, but yes you might have to change some code to make it use the featured image as the main image.

    Unless you want to do post AND a page?
