Can not login to wp-admin

    Dear WP,
    I can’t login to wp-admin and this the error message :
    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/mbakmaya/public_html/wp-content/themes/wordpress-blue/functions.php:2) in /home/mbakmaya/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 850

    1. How do i fix it?
    2. How can i change the theme, using my cpanel?
