PHP Safe mode and plugins don’t wokrs

    I’ve recently create wordpress blog but my web provider give me some limitentions. I have to work in safe mode. I try to use global translation 1.2 plugin, weather plugin and nextgen gallery but they dont’t work properly. Global translation don’t show flags, and can’t create cache. NextGen gallery, can’t create gallery from admin panel and don’t show thumbs. Weather plugin doesn’t work at all.
    Is there any possibility to work with those plugins? How can I change them manually ?
