Cannot Login WP Says I don’t exist

Can someone please help me? How do I get a hold of WordPress? I tried to log in but none of me username and password works. Then when I click te “Forgot Password” button and put in my email or username it says I don’t exist. How can I log in? Does this mean someone maybe got my password and changed everything? Your answer would be greatly appreciated.
