Getting offsite WordPress blogs into wordpress.com Search results

How do I get my http://www.domain.com/blog hooked up so that when I write a post about “tacos” (category:tacos) people who search the wordpress blogs on wordpress.com for “tacos” can find my blog post? Thanks in advance, im sure this must be documented somewhere but I cant seem to find how out how! Does it involve an api key?
