Access problems

Hello. I’ve been blogging for 4 years. This morning, I noticed I was receiving to my inbox lots of trackbacks on random posts, as if my Spam filter was not working. I went to my admin login and noticed my Google Authenticator was gone. But, most troubling, my password was not working and when I put in either my username or my email, neither showed up. (I am only able to post this message because I created a separate WP account.)

Please help. I am totally stuck without any kind of access to my blog of 4 years.
