500 Error after moving install directory
-
I installed WP to a subdomain of my main site and accidentally left the wp directory there during install. I prefer to have it be 123.45678.com instead of 123.45678.com/wp
I logged in and removed /wp from both wordpress address and site address, then moved the entire structure up one folder to the publichtml/subdomain specified in my subdomains config in cpanel and I can’t access any pages… just get 500 errors.
I have to use myphpadmin to set the fields back and copy the files back to /wp
Also interesting is that .htaccess is in the /wp dir, and there is no .htaccess in /publichtml/subdomainIts as if there is something else pointing to 123.45678.com/wp but I can’t find it.
What am I doing wrong?
