Roles and Restrictions

Hello! Am I able to set roles such that only certain users can answer questions? The thing is we are creating a knowledge platform and we have a group of experts in various fields. Hence, the public can ask questions but only our verified experts can answer them cos we don’t want it to be noisy with “non-expert” people trying to give their 2 cents worth or messing up the main objectives of the asker.
