Spinner on price load (variations)

Hi,
We have many variations and costs associated to the linked product.
Once the user has selected all of their options from the variations the price can take up to 10 seconds to load.

Please can someone suggest a method of significantly reducing this load time.
I have seen other websites with a similar function that loads the pricing instantly.
