    hello
    i want to create a test like beck anxiety inventory. in this test there is not any scales. there is jut 21 questions and 4 answers for each question and each answer have a score. i want create just 21 question and 4 answer for each question and assign to each question a score and finally show the summation of answers to the user and show to him the result of test according to his score.please help me. because i cant create a test like this with your plugin because i dont have scale in this test.

    @fahim72, actually you have one scale. Name it WTF, hide it, but you have it.

    When answer has some score — it has scale.

    thanks for your reply.is WTF just a sample scale?what does it mean?
    i want to calculate the summation of answers scores and finally say show to user if your score is for exmaple 12 your result is something.., how can i do it?

    i have another problem: how can select “0” score for an answer?please help me. i need this plugin a lot and spend a lot of time to understand it but i couldnt
