The blacklist is meant to collect all of the URLs that can’t be crawled. That said, we recently found a bug that sometimes erroneously adds posts to the blacklist. It will be fixed in the next release (this week sometime).
If you still have a problem after updating, let us know!
The bug is related to http/2 site.
The issue did not resolved as version 2.0 test. Still the same issue.

I reported issue in this thread. Lisa said that it should be fixed in next version but after upgrade to ver 2.0 it still the same.
Anyway, I have Brotli compression enabled. Would it created the issue?
By “report num” Hai means your Environment Report: Navigate to LiteSpeed Cache > Report, press the Send to LiteSpeed button, make note of the “Report Number”, and post the number here so we can look it up.
