Optional Fields (become required fields)

    I’m getting a strange error:

    CONTEXT
    Email is a required field.
    Best Time (to call) is optional (checkbox)
    Best Contact Method is optional (checkbox)

    ERROR
    If the email field is not filled out, the user gets a normal error msg. However…

    – Best Time and Best Contact Method display a “required field” error msg, even though they’re configured as optional.
    – Selecting a Best Time and Best Contact Method is required to send the email…

    I believe this error just started after the last update.
