Plugin upgrade notice not displaying

    Hey. I’ve released a plugin update and the “Upgrade Notice” section that I added to the readme.txt is not having any effect. I am expecting to see the message somewhere around the “There is a new version…” notice (inside the relevant row on the Plugins page). How can I make it show up?
