I’m not able to upload the file each time it is updated. Is it possible to upload a file to server/Google Drive etc. and name it With time and date. Then Tablepress will collect and import the newest file?

No, sorry, that’s not directly possible like that. You could however take a look at https://tablepress.org/extensions/table-auto-import/
