Logout on MultiSite

This is the main domain of the multisite: http://www.alphafund.org/

I can login and logout on this site without any issue.

This is the subfolder/subdomain: http://www.achd.org/

I can login here, but if I logout then it takes me to the edit profile page. If I click the logout link from there, then it takes me to a page titled WordPress Failure Notice and says:
You are attempting to log out of ACHD
Do you really want to log out?
