Language name ONLY in submenu

    Is it possible to have a dropdown menu with a flag and the language name next to it. However on the top level there should only be a flag.

    E.g.

    <US Flag> (menu item)
    <US Flag> English (sub menu item)
    <DE Flag> Deutsch (sub menu item)

    With the current setting it is only possible if there is also the language name in the top level.
