Custom template

I’m creating a site that allows salon owner to register/login and be redirected to a custom template that will request the business name, address, products, hours,price rage, and some other info etc.

How can I create a custom template that allow users to enter the above info and hit submit and have the submitted info submitted to a draft for my approval?
