A user completely Blocked?

    I had a writer for my site, http://thefullpint.com . We simply reset his password for his wordpress account and now, from any computer in his house, he is unable to contact the url at all. Mac or PC. I checked my .htaccess files in the root of the site and in the root of the wordpress install, and for the life of me, can’t figure out why he can’t access the website as a simple visitor.

    Any ideas would be appreciated.

    Hmm…tried clearing browser cache and cookies?

    If that fails, check/disable firewall.

    I’m getting thefullprint.com up fine….

    On his Mac, ask him to open Terminal, and Ping you website’s URL, post the responses here…

    It is so bizarre. He tried it from all computers in his house (his work PC, his game PC, his Mac, and his wife’s PC laptop).

    I’ll try getting him to run ping tests.

    If he’s having problems accessing the site, and ONLY this site, then it might be worth him contacting his ISP, and seeing if they have any ideas!?
