Not able to access the plugin setup

Hi,

I installed the plug-in (free version for now).
I was able to access a screen under Settings-Restrict Content.

This screen just had options to enter the restrict messages.
On a particular page, I was able to restrict it for subscribers.

How and where do I set up the login form and registration forms?
