I have a test site where ‘Teachers’ can login and see only the posts (that have been associated with them). In my test site I can see the Bulk Actions dropdown – which is what I want, but in the live site I don’t have these options.

I’ve checked the options in Adminimize and they appear to be both the same in the settings. Do you know what might be disabling this feature in the live site?

On default is it not inside the list. But you can add own options, so that you only identify the css selector, add this to your custom options and it should work. See the Wiki for more hints in this context: https://github.com/bueltge/adminimize/wiki
