Currently there’s no way to do that, but if there is a conflict with JS processing, you should be able to use the ignore list to make it work.
Try adding all JS files to the ignore list and delete one by one until you find the one causing trouble.

Thank you, Raul, this solution will not work, since the website works great with the JS compression and the only page we are having issue with is the Gravity Form page with the Conditional Logic on it.
I therefore need to somehow disable the plugin optimization at this page only…
Similar issue here..no conditional logic but it fails to work on a page with gravity forms inline js in it.
Will try to implement something like that for the next release.

Meanwhile, this ‘must-use plugin’ option might be used to deactivate the plugin manually, but that is such a hack….
