Hi,
In the notes for the ‘Optimize database tables’ option, what is the count of InnoDB tables and ‘Other Tables’ (shown in brackets)?
I have the same problem. Optimize tables is greyed out. I have a mix of InnoDB and MyISAM tables.
Tables using the InnoDB engine (51) will not be optimized. Other tables will be optimized (11).
The other tables are MyISAM tables.
If I select the “Optimize InnoDB tables anyway” option, the optimize tables is no longer greyed out.
How can I only optimize the MyISAM tables?
These are the details for the databases.
Tables using the InnoDB engine (22) will not be optimized. Other tables will be optimized (32).

I have the same issue
“Tables using the InnoDB engine (5) will not be optimized. Other tables will be optimized (78).”
“Optimize InnoDB tables anyway.”
Is it possible to just optimise the other ones and not InnoDB?
Cheers
Same for me.
Tables using the InnoDB engine (56) will not be optimized. Other tables will be optimized (88).
Hi,
There’s a fix for how this is handled in version 2.2.1, about to be released. If you still have problems in 2.2.1, please open a new topic to let us know about it.
David
Working fine now, thanks!
