Zypac Email Reporter

Description

Zypac Email Reporter captures every outgoing email sent through WordPress’s wp_mail() function
(this includes emails sent by WooCommerce, contact form plugins, membership plugins,
password resets, etc.) and stores them in a dedicated database table.

Features:

• Custom table with columns: Date, Status (Sent/Failed), To Email, Subject, IP Address
• Search by keyword across Subject, Message content, and To Email
• Filter by date range and status
• Sortable columns
• Export the current (filtered) log view to a CSV file
• View full email content (including the message body) for any log entry
• Icon-based View / Delete actions column
• Delete individual entries, bulk delete selected entries, or Delete All
• Settings page to control which user roles may view the Email Reporter
  (Administrator, Editor, Author, Contributor, Subscriber, Customer, Shop Manager,
  Anonymous User). Administrator always has access.
• Option to disable the Dashboard Widget globally (users can also hide it individually
  via Screen Options)
• Option to keep logged email data and settings in the database if the plugin is deleted
• Dashboard widget showing total emails logged, sent/failed counts, emails logged today,
  delivery success rate, and quick links to View Logs / Settings

Notes

• This plugin only logs emails sent via WordPress’s wp_mail() function. If another
  plugin sends mail through a different transport entirely (bypassing wp_mail),
  it will not be captured.
• “Failed” status relies on the wp_mail_failed action, which most mail transports
  (including popular SMTP plugins) trigger correctly when a send attempt errors out.
• By default, deleting the plugin also deletes all logged email data and settings.
  Check “Keep logged email data and settings if this plugin is deleted” under
  Settings to preserve them.
