Zelvo – AI Website Translation

Description

Zelvo translates your WordPress site using your own access key with an artificial intelligence provider. You pay your usage directly to that provider, at cost. Zelvo does not resell translation and takes no commission on your word count.

Your translations are stored in your own WordPress database. They belong to you and remain available even if you deactivate Zelvo.

How it works

  1. Choose an artificial intelligence provider and paste your access key.
  2. Choose your site language and the languages you want to translate into.
  3. Zelvo goes through your pages, sends the text to the provider, and stores the translations.
  4. Visitors reach the translated version through a dedicated address, for example /en/.

What Zelvo does

  • Unlimited target languages
  • Automatic translation of new content as you publish
  • Six artificial intelligence providers to choose from
  • A dedicated address per language, with no duplication of your content
  • A built in language switcher you can place where you want
  • hreflang tags and a sitemap per language
  • Titles, descriptions and social tags translated
  • Correct canonical tag on translated pages
  • Works with Elementor, Divi, Bricks and the block editor
  • Translations can be corrected by hand from the admin
  • No duplicated posts cluttering your admin

Everything above is included, with no limit, no quota and no time restriction.

Third party services

Zelvo sends nothing until you have configured a provider. Once you enter an access key, the text of your pages is sent from your site to the provider you chose, to be translated there. No data is sent to Be Clicked Agency, and the plugin contacts no server of ours to function.

You choose a single provider among the following.

Infomaniak (Switzerland)
Gives access to Apertus, an open model trained in Switzerland. The service contacted is Infomaniak: you need an Infomaniak account and its product ID.

FAQ

Do I have to pay anything to translate?

Zelvo is free and complete. The translation itself is done by an artificial intelligence provider where you open an account, and you pay your usage to that provider. For a typical site, the initial translation costs a few euros.

Do my translations belong to me?

Yes. They are stored in your own WordPress database and stay there, even after the plugin is deactivated.

Can I correct a translation?

Yes, from the admin, for every language.

Are there any limits?

No. Unlimited languages, unlimited words, unlimited pages, and automatic translation of new content.

Does my content leave Europe?

That depends on the provider you choose. Infomaniak is in Switzerland and Mistral in France. The other providers offered are based outside Europe.

Does Zelvo duplicate my posts?

No. Your content stays unique. Translations are stored separately and served on the per language addresses.

What happens if I deactivate Zelvo?

Your site returns to its original language. Nothing is deleted: your translations are kept and come back if you activate the plugin again.

Where do I get support?

Through the support forum on this page. A separate paid plugin is available from getzelvo.com, with direct email support and additional tools; it is not required to use Zelvo.
