Allow customers to place WooCommerce orders through WhatsApp and provide an alternative way to communicate with your store.
Customers can place orders through WhatsApp directly from the Shop, Product, and Cart pages. An “Order on WhatsApp” button can be displayed on these pages to make the ordering process accessible from different parts of your store.
When a customer clicks the “Order on WhatsApp” button, a checkout form opens in a popup. Customers can enter the required information and submit their order through WhatsApp.
Customers can also place orders through WhatsApp from the Checkout page by selecting the “Order on WhatsApp” checkbox.
The plugin also supports displaying a “Share on WhatsApp” button, allowing customers to share products through WhatsApp.
Installation
- Upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/zamzam-chat-order-for-woocommercedirectory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
- Go to Zamzam Chat Order in the admin menu to configure your settings.
