Description
WPSP Age Confirmation Screen shows every visitor a full-page confirmation before they can see your content — set your minimum age, customize the message, and visitors who confirm aren’t asked again for as long as you choose.
This is a self-declaration screen: it takes the visitor’s word and does not check identity or age, and it does not by itself make a site compliant with any law.

Does this store any personal data?

Not on your server. A visitor’s Yes/No response is remembered only via one first-party cookie in their own browser, named
wpsp_age_confirmation_screen_confirmed_followed by a short code. It holds the value 1, is set only after the visitor clicks Yes, and lasts the number of days you choose (1 to 365). Nothing is sent to your site or any third party, and the plugin makes no external requests. -
Does this verify a visitor’s real age?

No. It asks the visitor to confirm their age with a Yes/No click and takes their word for it. It does not check identity or documents, and it does not by itself make a site compliant with any age-restriction law.
