Unlike generic appointment calendars (Amelia, Bookly, LatePoint and similar), this form is made for workshops: vehicle fields, service picture buttons, and availability from your Workshop Hub diary. Built in Australia and works for workshops anywhere.

Free form, optional diary
The online booking form is free. Bookings are emailed to you. If you use Workshop Hub workshop software (from $59/mo + GST), those same bookings can land straight in your diary — you do not need a paid plan to run the form.

External services
This plugin embeds a booking form hosted by Workshop Hub (Driven Autocare Pty Ltd trading as Workshop Hub), which is needed for the plugin to work.
- What is loaded: pages that show the form load an iframe from
https://portal.workshophub.com.au/t/<your-form-id>/book. The default service pictures are loaded fromhttps://portal.workshophub.com.au/booking-defaults/. - What is sent and when: when a visitor views a page with the form, their browser requests the form from Workshop Hub (sending standard request data such as IP address and user agent). If you chose custom pictures, the public URLs of those images are included in the form address. When a visitor submits a booking, the details they enter (name, contact details, vehicle, preferred time and notes) are sent to Workshop Hub so the booking can be passed to your workshop.
- Nothing is sent from your WordPress admin and the plugin does not track your visitors.

Credits
Default picture button images are original illustrations owned by Workshop Hub and are served by the hosted form; they are not included in this plugin. The plugin’s banner and icon use the Workshop Hub logo and colours (trademarks of Driven Autocare Pty Ltd).

Installation
- In WordPress go to Plugins Add New, search for “Workshop Hub Online Booking Form” and click Install, then Activate. (Or upload the zip under Plugins Add New Upload Plugin.)
- If you don’t have a booking form yet, sign up free at workshophub.com.au/free-online-booking-form and confirm your email.
- Go to Settings Workshop Hub Booking and paste your embed code, booking link or form ID. Save.
- Add the “Workshop Hub Booking Form” block, the
[workshop_hub_booking]shortcode or the widget to a page.

Does it cost anything?

No. The online booking form and this plugin are free. Workshop Hub also offers paid workshop management software (from $59/mo + GST) so bookings can land in your diary, but you do not need it to use the form — free form bookings are emailed to you.

Do I need a Workshop Hub account?

Yes — a free booking-form account. Sign up at workshophub.com.au/free-online-booking-form, confirm your email, then paste your form ID into Settings Workshop Hub Booking.

Does it work with Gutenberg, Elementor and Divi?

Yes. Use the Gutenberg block in the block editor, or drop the
[workshop_hub_booking]shortcode into an Elementor Shortcode widget, a Divi Code / Shortcode module, or any page builder that supports shortcodes. A classic widget is also included. -
Is it mobile friendly?

Yes. The form is designed for phones first and works on tablet and desktop.

What about privacy / GDPR?

The plugin itself sets no cookies and does not track visitors. Booking data is processed by Workshop Hub when someone submits the form — see Workshop Hub’s Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for your own site privacy notice.

Where do I find my form ID?

It’s in the embed code emailed to you after sign-up (
data-workshop="your-form-id") and in your booking linkportal.workshophub.com.au/t/your-form-id/book. You can paste either — the plugin finds the ID for you. -
Yes. Under Settings Workshop Hub Booking Picture button images, click “Change image” and pick any image from your Media Library. Your site must use https for custom pictures to show.

Can I show more than one form?

Yes — use
[workshop_hub_booking slug="another-form-id"]or set the Form ID in the block’s sidebar. -
Can I remove the “Powered by Workshop Hub” link?

The credit link is off by default. Turn it on under Settings Workshop Hub Booking if you want to show it.
