Start with one free article. No credit card required. Your first article includes two successful AI improvements and delivery to WordPress drafts, so you can try the complete writing workflow before subscribing.
An AI writer with your website as its starting point
Import selected public pages and posts, then confirm your business facts, audience, language and exclusions. Generate articles about the topics your website actually covers, with source links and contextual internal links for readers to explore.
Improve a section without starting over
Ask for a clearer explanation, a different tone or a practical example. Improve one section or the whole article, preview the proposed change, and accept or undo it. Continue editing manually in Gutenberg.
Plan content and stay in control
Plan one to six months ahead, with draft delivery schedules for one to three articles on selected days. Review before publishing. Quality holds flag issues, and the service asks for more information when distinct useful topics run out.
Free sample and paid writing service
A Weblooks Writer account is required. The plugin is free and connects to the Weblooks hosted writing service. After your free sample, further AI article generation and scheduled delivery require a paid service subscription. See current plans. Existing WordPress posts and normal manual editing remain available if you cancel the service or remove the plugin. The plugin’s local code is fully included.
Writing for readers and search engines
Use Weblooks Writer to support your SEO content workflow with relevant topics, clear articles and useful internal links. AI can make mistakes: check facts, sources, rights and suitability before publication. More articles do not automatically mean better rankings. There are no ranking, traffic, revenue or universal compatibility guarantees. Direct automatic publication may be restricted by the service; draft scheduling and manual publication remain available.
External services and privacy
The plugin connects to https://writer.weblooks.ch, operated by Weblooks GmbH, Switzerland. Before the first service request, an administrator must choose to enable the connection. Existing signed-in administrators have already connected. There is no advertising or optional analytics without consent.
Requests go from your WordPress server to the hosted service over HTTPS:
- Sign-in/registration sends the account email and entered password for authentication. The plugin does not store your password. An encrypted, expiring service session is stored separately for each WordPress administrator.
- Import and connection send your site address and selected public pages/posts. Private, draft and password-protected posts are excluded from source sync.
- Generation and improvements send requested article text, prompts and selected sources. The hosted service uses Anthropic for AI processing. Do not submit confidential, sensitive or children’s personal data.
- Draft delivery transfers the article, source links, title cover or approved image, and metadata to WordPress. Signed delivery requests and receipts prevent duplicate imports.
- Billing opens Stripe-hosted Checkout or the customer portal in a separate tab. Card details are entered with Stripe; they are not stored in WordPress or the writing service.
- The service uses Resend for account/service emails, Cyon for hosting and Cloudflare for network delivery/security. Providers may process data internationally.

Source code and build instructions
All human-readable plugin source is included in this ZIP under GPLv2 or later. The editable dashboard sources are src/app.js, src/content.mjs, src/style.css, src/dashboard-overrides.css and src/index.html. PHP, assets/editor.js and assets/dashboard-loader.js are maintained directly as unminified source.
To rebuild the generated assets with Node.js 24 or newer, run node tools/build-dashboard.mjs from the extracted plugin directory. Run node tools/build-dashboard.mjs --check to verify the result. No dependencies, private repository access or network connection are required. src/BUILD.md documents the source-to-asset mapping and build steps.
Installation
- Install and activate Weblooks Writer.
- Open Writer, read the service disclosure and choose Enable writing service.
- Create or sign in to your Writer account and verify your email.
- Import your website, confirm the business facts and create your free sample.
- In Publishing, connect this WordPress website. Your imported site address must match this website for article delivery.
- Improve and review your free sample in Writer, then send it to WordPress drafts and review it in Posts. No subscription or card is needed for this first article. Choose a plan in Billing for further articles and scheduled delivery.
Use one Writer installation per WordPress website. If migrating from the private WordPress Writer test package, follow the migration instructions supplied by Weblooks before deleting the old plugin; deleting it clears the shared service connection and sign-in.

Is a credit card required for the free sample?

No. The hosted service offers one free sample per eligible website/account, with two included successful AI improvements. Delivery of your free sample to WordPress drafts is included. Further articles and scheduled delivery require a subscription.

Can I edit just one section?

Yes. Select a section in Writer or a block in Gutenberg, describe the improvement, and review the proposed change before accepting. Published articles remain manually editable in WordPress.

What happens when I cancel?

Normal subscription cancellation stops renewal and retains paid service until the end of the paid period. Immediate cancellation/account deletion ends access immediately. Posts and media already delivered to WordPress stay on your website.

Can I use this as an AI blog post generator?

Yes. Import your site’s public content, confirm the website profile, choose a topic and generate an article. You can improve the result in Writer and deliver it to WordPress as a draft. An account is required; the first sample is free and further generation requires a subscription.

Does it automatically publish articles?

The standard workflow delivers drafts for you to review and publish. Paid plans support draft delivery schedules. Direct automatic publication may be restricted by the service; do not rely on unattended publication being available.

Will this improve my Google rankings?

No outcome is guaranteed. Use the service to create useful, accurate content for your readers. More articles do not automatically mean better rankings.

Which WordPress installations are supported?

WordPress 6.6 or newer, PHP 8.1 or newer, HTTPS and outbound HTTPS access to the writing service. The service must be able to reach this site’s WordPress REST API. Firewalls/security plugins may need configuration. One website per Writer account; multisite/network activation is not supported.
