External Services & Privacy

WBPM connects to the following third-party service to deliver optional functionality:

• Google Sheets Webhook (Optional):
  Store administrators may optionally configure a Google Apps Script webhook URL in the WBPM → P&L Statements & Sync screen to sync order snapshot rows to their private spreadsheet. Data is transmitted directly to the webhook URL specified by the administrator; no data is sent to CreatoHub. This service is only used if the administrator configures it.

• Steadfast Courier (Optional, store-owner configured):
  WBPM stores the store owner’s own Steadfast courier API credentials for courier fraud verification. The credentials are only used to query the Steadfast courier API (by the WBPM Pro companion plugin, when installed) for parcel delivery status and customer return history to prevent COD fraud. This service is only used if the administrator configures it.
