This plugin connects to the VoxiPay API (https://api.voxipay.com) to create crypto payments and to verify their status.
What is sent and when:
* When a customer places an order with VoxiPay selected, the plugin sends the order ID, order total, store currency, a short order description (order number and store name), the return URL and the IPN URL to https://api.voxipay.com/v1/payment/create. No customer personal data is sent.
* When VoxiPay notifies the store about a payment (IPN), the plugin ignores the status in the notification and instead requests the authoritative payment status from https://api.voxipay.com/v1/payment/info (sending the VoxiPay payment ID and your API token). The order is updated only from that response.
* After the redirect, the customer completes the payment on https://voxipay.com.

Installation
- Upload the
voxipay-crypto-payment-gatewayfolder to/wp-content/plugins/ - Activate the plugin in Plugins Installed Plugins
- Go to WooCommerce Settings Payments VoxiPay
- Enter your API Token (from VoxiPay Cabinet Shop Settings API Tokens)
- Copy the IPN URL shown in the settings and paste it into VoxiPay Cabinet Shop Settings IPN URL
- Save and you’re done

Where do I get my API Token?

Log in to voxipay.com, open your shop settings, go to the API Tokens section and generate a token.

What is the IPN URL for?

The IPN (Instant Payment Notification) URL lets VoxiPay notify your store when a payment is confirmed. The plugin shows the correct URL in the settings page — just copy and paste it.

How does the plugin make sure an IPN is genuine?

The IPN endpoint never trusts the data it receives. It only reads the order number, then asks the VoxiPay API (using your API token) for the real status of that payment and updates the order from the API answer. If the API cannot be reached, the order is left unchanged and VoxiPay retries the notification later.

Does VoxiPay support refunds?

Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed automatically. Refunds must be issued manually from your VoxiPay cabinet.

What currencies are supported for pricing?

You can price your products in USD, EUR, UAH and other fiat currencies — VoxiPay converts the amount to crypto at the current rate when the customer checks out.
