This plugin is for create in events using custom post type and custom texonomy. It displays the created event in front end using shortcode.
Installation
This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.
e.g.
- Upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/plugin-namedirectory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
- Use the Settings->Plugin Name screen to configure the plugin
- (Make your instructions match the desired user flow for activating and installing your plugin. Include any steps that might be needed for explanatory purposes)

I was looking for simple event plugin which will just reuse the existing wordpress functionality and create a custom post for event and show listing of published event in front end and just go to single page of that particular events. This plugin is doing exactly what I nedd.Thanks to developer to make my life easy with this simple plugin.

I am looking for simple event plugin that utilize the existing wordpress database. And VIP Events fulfill that requirement perfectly. Great plugin but also need more improvements.
