I had a problem of compatibility with a custom theme, the technical support has interfaced with the theme development team and have arranged everything to perfection!

We noticed on Safari we were having issues with auto-play feature of the HUGE_IT video player plug-in. Once we contacted support we created a temporary admin for HUGE_IT to log into our WordPress account to investigate the issue. They were able to quickly asses the issue was that Safari had disabled the auto play feature for all websites and needed to manually be changed in the preferences panel of Safari. HUGE_IT was quick to respond and the level of professionalism they exhibited was phenomenal. We are sending a HUGE THANK YOU to the support team at HUGE_IT!

When you want to create a video player, a dialogue box pops up. There's a place to add the URL of a video, as well as place to add the title, and a place to upload a thumbnail. Next to the place to add the URL of a video, there is a button to add add the video. (I can't remember the text that is on the button.) There is no other button in the pop-up. When I click on the only button in the pop-up, nothing happens.

As a new website developer I am really learning everything from scratch. the plugin worked straight away and was easy to configure to get the settings I wanted. No problems with compatability but it seems to work best with MP4 videos as I had problems with uploading other video types eg mov. Support team were great in diagnosing the problem and once the problem was identified we were able to upload MP4 videos to player and problem sorted
