Description
Vendoryx Supplier Sync for WooCommerce helps WooCommerce store managers import supplier CSV feeds and synchronize product pricing and stock with safety controls before changes reach the catalog.
Features include:
- Uploaded CSV files or public HTTPS CSV feed URLs.
- Product matching by WooCommerce SKU, product ID, or a unique custom field.
- Configurable price markup and price rounding.
- Stock buffers and zero-stock behavior.
- Maximum price-change protection and feed-size safety stops.
- Dry-run previews before live synchronization.
- Manual and scheduled synchronization using WordPress Cron.
- Overlap protection so the same supplier cannot sync twice at once.
- Supplier health, sync job history, and diagnostic logs.
- Email alerts for scheduled synchronization failures.
- JSON configuration export/import for existing supplier records.
- Optional data cleanup when the plugin is uninstalled.
The plugin does not send usage or tracking data to the developer. Remote requests are made only to supplier feed URLs explicitly configured by an authorized store manager.

FAQ
-
Does a dry run change products?
-
No. A dry run previews matching, proposed values, and protection reasons without saving WooCommerce product changes.
-
Which product identifiers can I use?
-
You can match by WooCommerce SKU, WooCommerce product ID, or a unique product custom-field value.
-
What happens if a custom-field value matches multiple products?
-
The row is protected and skipped. Vendoryx Supplier Sync for WooCommerce does not guess between duplicate matches.
-
Does the plugin contact external servers?
-
Only when an authorized store manager configures an HTTPS supplier feed URL. The plugin does not include developer telemetry or tracking.
-
Are automatic syncs guaranteed to run at an exact time?
-
No. Scheduling uses WordPress Cron, which depends on site traffic or the site’s server cron configuration.
