Velstack connects your WordPress site to your Velstack account.

SMS notifications for WooCommerce

• Text customers when they place an order and whenever its status changes.
• Alert the store owner by SMS when a new order comes in.
• Notify Dokan vendors when an order contains their products.
• Customize every message with placeholders such as {customer_name}, {order_id}, {total} and {status}.

Chatbot

• Add the Velstack chatbot widget to every page of your site with one switch. It uses your Velstack public key.

All settings live under the Velstack menu in your admin sidebar. WooCommerce is only needed for SMS order notifications.

External Services

This plugin connects to Velstack, a third-party service, to provide its features.

SMS API

• What it is used for: sending SMS notifications for WooCommerce orders.
• Data sent: the recipient’s phone number, the message text (which can include the customer’s first name, order number, order total and order status), your sender ID and your secret API key.
• When: when an order is placed and when an order’s status changes, only for the notifications you have turned on.
• Endpoint: https://api.velstack.com

Chatbot

• What it is used for: showing the Velstack chat widget to your visitors.
• Data sent: when enabled, every page loads the chatbot script from https://cdn.velstack.com/chatbot.js with your public key. Visitors’ browsers connect to Velstack to show the widget and send the messages they type.
