Installation

  1. Upload the uvdesk-app folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress

I tried this plug-in and I am glad that it provides various features which are mandatory for better customer assistance because my customers are my business. I can integrate it with my social media and it generates tickets from there :D. I can create custom forms in it and can add anywhere on my website.
