Provides a simple settings screen where administrators can edit the contact fields in the user profiles.

Installation
- Extract the zip file and just drop the contents in the wp-content/plugins/ directory of your WordPress installation.
- Activate the plugin from Plugins page.
- Go to Settings -> Contact Control to edit your profile contact fields.
