Description
a11yBox is a SaaS accessibility widget for websites.
There is a free plan
You do not need to pay to get started. Sign up at app.a11ybox.co.il, create a free license for one site, copy the token into the plugin, and you are done. No credit card. You can later upgrade to a paid plan based on pageviews and the number of domains.
This plugin:
- Embeds the widget script using a license token from the a11yBox portal (app.a11ybox.co.il).
- Automatically excludes the script from cache and JavaScript optimization plugins, so it is not delayed, minified, or concatenated in a cached copy.
- Shows the admin screens in Hebrew, English, or Spanish, matching the WordPress user language.

Widget appearance, languages, and tools stay in the a11yBox portal. This plugin does not duplicate them.
Installation
- Upload the
a11yboxfolder to/wp-content/plugins/, or install the ZIP from Plugins > Add New. - Activate the plugin.
- Go to Settings > a11yBox, enter a license token, and save.
- Clear cache (your cache plugin and Cloudflare, if used) and check the site.

Is the plugin free?

There is a free plan for small sites: a license for one domain with a monthly pageview quota, no credit card. Create an account at app.a11ybox.co.il, create a license, and copy the token. Sites with more traffic or more domains can upgrade to a paid plan in the portal. The plugin does not need to be changed.

Where do I find the token?

In the customer portal, open the license and find Website embed. Copy the license token, or paste the full
load.jsURL. The plugin extracts the token. -
The widget still does not appear

- Make sure the license is active and the domain is on the allowed list.
- Clear cache after saving settings.
- Test in a private window, without browser extensions that block scripts.

Can I use a11yBox without this plugin?

Yes. You can paste the
scripttag from the portal and then add cache exclusions by hand in your cache plugin (see the FAQ in the a11yBox portal).
