Tugesto for WooCommerce links a WooCommerce store to Tugesto so order data can flow into your invoicing workflow.
Requires WooCommerce.
What it does
- Connect and disconnect the store from Tugesto (secure handoff + signed API calls).
- Send order lifecycle events to Tugesto when the store is connected (status changes, refunds).
- Collect customer NIF/CIF at checkout (classic checkout and Checkout Blocks).
- Show Tugesto document links on the order admin screen when available.
Tugesto account (required to connect)
Installing the plugin is free and does not require a Tugesto account.
To connect the store and sync orders you need a Tugesto account. You can:
- Create a free Tugesto account and use the free invoicing allowance of 20 invoices. This allowance is not renewed monthly (lifetime quota until you upgrade), or
- Sign in with an existing account that has the Invoicing (Facturación) module when you already have a paid Tugesto contract.
Connection is started from WooCommerce Tugesto in wp-admin. You will be redirected to Tugesto to register or sign in, then returned to complete the link.

This plugin relies on a third-party service operated by Tugesto:

- Data involved may include: store domain, order identifiers and totals, customer billing details (including NIF/CIF when provided), and line items needed for invoicing

No WooCommerce.com Marketplace billing is required to use this plugin. Invoicing capacity and paid plans are managed in your Tugesto account.
Compatibility
- Compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS).
- Compatible with WooCommerce Cart and Checkout Blocks (NIF field).
Installation
- Install and activate WooCommerce if it is not already active.
- Install this plugin (Plugins Add New, or upload the ZIP) and activate it.
- Go to WooCommerce Tugesto.
- Click Connect with Tugesto and complete registration or login.
- After a successful connection you are taken to the platform settings in Tugesto. Select a company bank account for collections (required to finish saving the integration configuration). If the company has no bank account yet, create one from that screen.
- Save the Tugesto integration settings. New and updated WooCommerce orders can then sync according to your configuration.

Do I need a Tugesto account to install the plugin?

No. Anyone can install and activate the plugin. A Tugesto account is only required when you connect the store.

Can I test with a free account?

Yes. Create a free Tugesto account during the Connect flow. Free accounts include 20 invoices that do not reset every month. When the quota is used up, upgrade your Tugesto plan to keep invoicing. If you already have a Tugesto contract without the Invoicing module, connection may be blocked until invoicing is contracted.

Do I need a bank account in Tugesto?

Yes, to complete the integration setup. After Connect, open the platform settings in Tugesto and select (or create) a company bank account, then save. This is required by the Tugesto configuration screen for the WooCommerce integration.

Does this plugin charge through WooCommerce.com?

No. This plugin does not use WooCommerce.com SaaS Billing. Any Tugesto subscription or invoicing package is managed in Tugesto.

What happens if I disconnect?

Local connection credentials are removed from WordPress. The plugin also asks Tugesto to deactivate the integration. If Tugesto cannot be reached, deactivate the integration manually in your Tugesto account (SaaS settings platforms).
