Description
ToolXON Contact Form Lite adds a simple, customizable contact form to WordPress with the shortcode [toolxon_contact_form]. Form submissions are stored in a plugin-owned database table and can be reviewed from the WordPress admin area.
The plugin is designed to stay lightweight while providing the common features needed for a site contact form: configurable labels, optional subject handling, custom fields, AJAX submission, email notifications, nonce validation, and honeypot spam protection.

Privacy
Form submissions may contain names, email addresses, subjects, messages, and custom field values entered by site visitors. These values are stored in the WordPress database and may be included in email notifications to the site’s configured WordPress administration email address. Site owners should update their privacy policy and retention practices as appropriate for their site.
Uninstallation
Uninstalling the plugin removes its settings and its plugin-owned contact message table, including stored submissions. Export or retain any messages you need before uninstalling.
Installation
- Upload the
toolxon-contact-form-litefolder to the/wp-content/plugins/directory, or install the plugin ZIP from Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin. - Activate ToolXON Contact Form Lite from the Plugins screen.
- Go to Settings > Contact Form and configure the form.
- Add
[toolxon_contact_form]to a page, post, widget, or shortcode-compatible block. - View submitted messages under Tools > Contact Messages.
