Timebasket Delivery & Pickup Scheduler for WooCommerce

Description

Timebasket adds an order-type, date and time-slot chooser to the WooCommerce checkout so bakeries, florists, restaurants, caterers and any shop that prepares orders can plan its day.

At checkout

• Customers pick Delivery or Pickup (or the shop offers only one).
• For pickup, they choose one of your pickup locations, each with its own description and map link.
• A calendar shows only the dates that can actually be booked, and the time-slot list shows only the slots still free on that date.
• Shipping methods follow the choice: pickup orders see only local-pickup methods, delivery orders see the rest.
• The choice is validated again on the server when the order is placed.

Scheduling rules (separately for delivery and for every pickup location)

• Working days.
• Minimum notice in days plus minutes (a slot is offered only if it ends far enough in the future).
• Booking window (how many days ahead).
• Same-day and next-day orders on or off, each with an optional cutoff time.
• Weekday cutoffs: “orders for Saturday must be placed by Thursday 17:00”.
• Blocked dates (holidays).
• Time slots for every day, or a different list per weekday, with a slot generator.
• Order limits per day and per slot; full dates and slots disappear from the calendar automatically.
• Delivery slot rules by city: limit which slots a city or suburb can pick.

After the order

• The schedule is shown on the thank-you page, in My Account, in every order email and on PDF invoices (WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips).
• The admin order screen shows the details and lets staff change them.
• Two sortable columns on the Orders list: Method and Scheduled for.
• The new-order email can be copied to the pickup location’s own address.

Other

• Every customer-facing label is editable.
• Dates and times follow your WordPress date, time and week-start settings, and the plugin is translation-ready.
• Works with both classic order storage and High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS).
• Import tool for sites moving from the “PI WooCommerce Order Date Time and Type” plugins.
