Open the swap panel, choose “Choose from library”, pick the replacement, and every place the old image appeared — content, featured images, Elementor, WooCommerce galleries and widgets — is updated to the new one in a single step. A read-only check first shows how many places will change before anything is saved, and the old image stays in your library.
• Added: RobArt Image Guard compatibility. Protect an image with Image Guard first, then use the library swap to replace your existing unprotected image with the protected version, in place — no delete, re-upload and re-protect cycle. The protected image’s secure delivery and right-click protection carry across the swap.

• New Unused Media tool (Pro) in Fixers: scans your whole library for files that are not referenced anywhere — no post, page, custom field, widget or setting. Each result shows a thumbnail and its file size, so you can see exactly what you are about to remove.
• Pick what to clear with per-row checkboxes (and a Select all), then move only the selected files to the Trash — recoverable — behind a backup confirmation. Nothing is removed unless you deliberately choose it.
• Mark false positives as used: a Keep action on any row (and Keep all) tells future scans to leave that file alone — handy when a plugin or theme uses an image in a way we can’t detect. A Kept items manager lets you review and un-keep at any time.
• The Media Library gains an Unused only filter (in the advanced filter panel) that shows just the files the last scan found unused.
• New Metadata slimmer tool (Pro) in Fixers: removes hidden data from images — camera settings (EXIF), GPS location, captions/keywords (IPTC), editing history (XMP), colour profile and the embedded thumbnail. Tick exactly what to remove and keep the rest (for example, keep copyright or the colour profile). Scan shows the reclaimable weight per image; stripping rewrites the originals and regenerates thumbnails, behind a backup check.
• The Attachment Details panel now has a Swap & Relink button that opens the Swap window for that image directly.
• Fixes: corrected the unused-media check so an image is no longer counted as “used” by its own stored data.

• The Regenerate Thumbnails tab is clearer and does more. It’s now built around three plain actions: Rebuild resized copies (re-create the full set for images that are missing sizes or have broken data), Add a new size (generate one extra copy at a width you choose and add it to every image), and Prune orphaned copies (remove leftover resized files at sizes nothing uses any more).
• Rebuild now shows the exact set of image sizes registered on your site, so you can see what a rebuild will (re)create instead of guessing.
• Add a new size is width-based: you set the width and each image’s height follows to keep its shape, with a live example showing what your images become. Originals are never changed and images already narrower are skipped.
• Prune (Pro) scans your uploads for orphaned resized files, shows how much space you’d reclaim with a live progress bar, lists them, and deletes them safely behind a backup confirmation. The full list is shown in a compact two-column layout to save space.
• Advanced filters: you can now filter the Media Library by folder. The folders you already organise your media into appear as a dropdown in the advanced filter panel and narrow the grid or list instantly.

• Rename a file and keep everything working: the Swap window’s “Replace and update the name” mode now renames the file (and all its thumbnail sizes) and rewrites every link to it across your posts, pages and custom fields, so nothing breaks. Complex saved data (from some page builders) is left untouched for safety.
• Before renaming you can “Check what will change” to see how many links will be updated — nothing is changed until you confirm.
• You can also drop in a brand-new image while renaming — including changing its type, for example a PNG to a WebP — and it will re-encode, rebuild thumbnails, and update all the links in one go. The window tells you clearly when the file type is changing.
• The new file name is pre-filled with the current name, so if you’re only changing the file type you can leave it as-is.
• Drag and drop to organise: drag an image (or several selected images) from the grid straight onto a folder tag to file it there.
• Fixes: the Swap window now blurs the page behind it, no longer opens the built-in image editor when you pick an image, keeps its drop area visible, and refreshes the affected image on screen after a swap or rename. The drag preview now shows a single clean thumbnail.

• Swapping a file now works. Choose “Just replace the file”, drop in the new version, and it overwrites the file in place — keeping the same name and web address — then rebuilds the thumbnails. There’s an option to also set the date to today.
• To keep things safe, the new file has to be the same type as the one you’re replacing (for example a WEBP for a WEBP). If it isn’t, you’ll be told to use rename mode instead.
• After a successful swap you get a clear “File successfully swapped” confirmation, and the image updates on screen straight away.
• Tidied the Swap settings row so the options use the full width, with the root-relative-links note sitting neatly under its own option.

A folder button in the grid toolbar opens a slim panel to create folders (with an optional parent); once you have a folder, a sticky bar appears at the bottom of the screen showing your folders. It collapses to a small circle to get out of the way, and stays where you leave it.
• Folders: hover a folder with sub-folders to peek its tree; click a folder to show only its images; click again to show everything.

A hue-spectrum slider (drag a pointer, widen the band) with live per-colour counts and a neutrals row, plus a colour-breakdown chart on the settings page. Colour detection now favours the subject over the background, so a garment wins over the sky behind it.
